From Concept to Production
Design & Development
We begin by understanding the intended use, target market, and budget of each glove project. Based on these requirements, our team evaluates suitable structures, materials, and functional details to support practical product development.
Whether the glove is designed for motorcycle riding, winter use, off-road activity, or cycling, we help turn product ideas into workable manufacturing solutions.
This stage may include concept discussion, feature suggestions, construction planning, and sample development support, helping customers move forward with a clearer product direction before bulk production starts.
Material Selection
Material selection directly affects glove performance, comfort, appearance, and cost. We assess fabrics, palm materials, protective parts, lining options, insulation layers, and heating components based on the glove type and intended application.
Different products require different priorities. Motorcycle gloves need stronger abrasion resistance and protection, while heated or ski gloves may require better warmth and weather performance.

Sample Making
Before mass production of gloves, we create samples to confirm structure, fit, function, and overall appearance. Sample making helps reduce production risk and gives customers a clearer idea of how the final glove will look and perform.
Mass Production
After sample approval, we move into organized mass production. The process generally includes material preparation, cutting, sewing, assembly, finishing, and packing. Each stage is handled with attention to workmanship, consistency, and delivery requirements.
For OEM, private label, and wholesale projects, stable execution is important not only for product quality but also for schedule control and long-term cooperation.
Inspection & Quality Control
Quality control is carried out throughout production rather than only at the end. We inspect raw materials before use, monitor key stages during manufacturing, and check finished gloves before packing and shipment.
This helps us control consistency in materials, workmanship, fitting details, and final appearance. By combining material inspection, in-process checking, and final product review, we reduce avoidable errors and improve order reliability.
Packaging & Shipping
After production and final inspection, we prepare the gloves for safe packing and organized shipment according to order requirements. Packaging can be adjusted based on product type, branding needs, and shipping conditions, including standard export packing, private label packaging, and custom presentation options.
For international orders, we support both air shipping and sea shipping based on delivery time, budget, and order volume. A well-managed packaging and shipping process helps ensure the goods arrive in good condition and supports smoother order fulfillment for OEM and wholesale customers.
